With 125 years of experience working with wood, first as a manufacturer of barrels and other corrosive materials containment systems; and then as a water and corrosive materials tank and pipeline manufacturer; Canbar knows wood. It began as a small cooperage in Waterloo, Ontario Canada in 1872. It became the largest barrel maker in Canada by 1914, and has since expanded the woodstave technology to include hydro pipelines as long as 3 and a half miles.
