While we began as a wood vessel supplier, Canbar pioneered the adaptation of fiberglass materials for the tanning industry. Our fiberglass drums and mixers have proved their worth with uninterrupted service in tanneries around the world, on practically every continent. We have over 1,000 units installed and running. Our first fiberglass units were produced in 1969, and while simple by today’s standards, these units are still in operation today.

Product design and product features have expanded greatly since then. We offer:
